Pão de queijo (literally translated as “Cheese Bread” in Portuguese) is the most popular snack and breakfast food in Brazil.

It is a traditional Brazilian recipe, from the state of Minas Gerais.
Pão de Queijo are cheesy, savory, and delicious traditional Brazilian bread that are unlike any bread out there!
They’re made with Tapioca Flour (starch) instead of traditional wheat flour, so they are completely Gluten-Free & Sugar-Free!!
Pão de Queijo recently has become a craze globally because of its addictive taste and for being a healthy option to breads!

  1. Do not thaw the frozen Pão de Queijo prior to placing them inside the oven.

 

  1. Preheat the oven  to  200°C (400°F) 

 

  1. Place the frozen Pão de Queijo 2” apart on baking sheet (lightly grease or use parchment paper).

 

  1. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Frozen Pão de Queijo can be unpacked and baked to perfection within about 10 minutes and can be consumed any time of the day.
